ITINERARY OF THE TOUR

Around 04:00 – 05:00 am, our driver will pick you up from your Istanbul Hotel (please see the faq section to see available transfer areas), and transfer to the airport for your flight to Izmir (Ephesus). Once you arrive to the airport, make your self-check-in with the flight information provided to you right after you booked this tour. And, take your flight to Izmir(Ephesus). Upon landing at Izmir Airport, our team will welcome you at the exit gate inside the domestic terminal where you will see our team holding a sign which is your name on it. Then there will be approx. an hour transfer distance to Ephesus and you will start your lifetime experience!

We will beat the crowds and make our first stop at the Ephesus Ancient City which is one of the very important UNESCO World Heritage Site! The first settlement of the Ancient City of Ephesus dates back to the Ancient Greek time (around 5.000 B.C.). However, the city lived its golden age during the Romans. Ephesus, one of the most important port cities of the Ancient World, today opens its doors to millions of people from all over the world.

Then, we will make our way to Ephesus Archeological Museum to explore the most important artifacts obtained from the excavations of Ephesus Ancient City. Midday, a lunch break will be provided. After the lunch break, we will visit the Temple of Artemis which was one of the seven wonders of the known Ancient World! And, the last visit is for the Isabey Mosque which is a very unique example to show us earlier Islam in Anatolia! Then, a recommendation of local handicraft places will be provided to you by your guide. In case you have an interest, you will be able to visit and take some time!

In the end, we will transfer you back to the Airport for your return flight to Istanbul. Upon landing in Istanbul, our team will meet you at the exit gate withholding a name sign, and will transfer you back to your Hotel!
