Yes. Our packages include hotels and domestic flights, which we book in your name, so we need your booking before you travel. Booking early is especially important from May to October, when hotels and flights fill up. You can book online in a few minutes: see how to book.
You can cancel at any time by email or WhatsApp. The deposit is non-refundable, and if you cancel 42 days or more before the start date, that is all you lose. Closer to the start date, the cancellation charge depends on how many days before the start date you cancel. If you have paid more than the charge, we refund the difference to your card. The full table is in our booking terms and conditions.
No. The total price on the booking page is what you pay for your package. It includes everything listed under "Included" on the package page. Items listed under "Not included" (for example international flights, some meals, tips and personal expenses) are not part of the price.
The only optional charge is the 15% card payment fee if you choose to pay the balance by card instead of in cash on day 1. It is shown before you pay.
Yes. For 5 or more travellers on the same booking, we take 10% off the tour price. The discount is applied automatically in the price calculator and on the booking page. Optional extras, such as the balloon flight, are not discounted. For 10 or more travellers, message us for a group quote.
Children up to 6 sleep in their parents' double room on a child bed, so two adults with a young child need one double room. They get 40% off the double-room price (70% off up to age 3). From age 7, children pay the adult price and need their own bed.
Yes. Our tours are guided in English as standard. We can arrange a guide who speaks Spanish or another language for an extra fee. Book your tour as usual, then message our team: they will confirm the guide and the extra cost with you.
