Package travel information
This page gives the information you need before booking a package tour with us, as required by the Turkish Package Tour Contracts Regulation. The details of each package (itinerary, hotels, what is included) are on its own page and in your booking confirmation. The full rules are in our booking terms and conditions.

We are responsible for providing all the travel services in your package. During your tour you can reach us 24 hours a day on the phone and WhatsApp number above.
What a package includes
Each package page lists the day-by-day itinerary, the hotels for each category, the domestic flights, transfers, guided visits and entrance fees that are included, and what is not included. All our packages are private: the tour runs for your group only and there is no minimum number of travellers.
Price and payment
- The total price in USD is shown before you pay, for your chosen date, hotel category and travellers.
- Today you pay a deposit by card: 30% of the total price for bookings up to $2,000, 20% for bookings above that.
- The balance is paid in cash on day 1 of the tour at no extra charge, or by card when you book with a 15% card payment fee (tax included).
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. The deposit is non-refundable, and these charges apply:

If we have to cancel or make a major change to your package before departure, you can choose an alternative or a full refund of everything you have paid.
Travel documents and accessibility
- You need a valid passport and, depending on your nationality, a Turkish visa or e-Visa. Please check before you book.
- Most visits include walking on uneven ground and stairs. If anyone in your group has reduced mobility, tell us before booking and we will tell you which parts of the tour are suitable.
Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical treatment and repatriation from the day you book.
Transferring your booking
You can transfer a place on your booking to another person by telling us in writing at least 7 days before the start date. Any extra costs of the transfer are paid by you.
