What happens if my hot air balloon flight is cancelled?

Balloon flights in Cappadocia only take off when the Turkish civil aviation authority allows it, and flights are cancelled in bad weather for safety. If your flight is cancelled because of the weather, you get a full refund of the amount you paid for the balloon flight.
